At this Forum we welcome the winners of the 2011 Best Small Family Business award, McAuliffe Civil Engineering. This inspirational business will share their story about how they've managed the performance of family members during the succession of the business to the current generation, how they continue to appraise them, and the impact this has had on both working and family relationships.

Ken McCracken, Managing Director of Family Business Solutions, who helps enterprising families with succession planning and governance, will be facilitating the Forum and will provide some useful tips on effectively managing the performance of family members within your own business.
