Account Executive
- To service, retain and develop existing clients, and to be their primary contact.
- To obtain all the necessary underwriting information from clients and prospects.
- To present proposals/agree terms with existing clients and new prospects.
- To facilitate claims and liase with client and insurer.
- Provide technical and quality review for designated accounts
- To visit client's premises/sites when required.Financial Services Paraplanner
Financial Planning Consultant
- To manage a portfolio of existing clients & the acquisition of new clients.
- To identify, contact & develop relationships with potential new clients, to generate profitable New Business.
- To develop strategic relationships with colleagues in General Insurance, third parties & local influences.
- To be responsible for the organisation & running of certain marketing campaigns, including seminars & workshops in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer & other consultants.
Account Manager
- To carry out all aspects of internal underwriting administration for designated clients.
- To visit clients as required.
- To support the Account Directors/Execs as required
- Dealing with renewals.
- Acting on and replying to e-mails , faxes, post and telephone calls.
- Assisting clients and providing them with advice and guidance.
- To deal with new business enquiries and cross selling opportunities for clients.
Financial Services Paraplanner
- Support consultants in their advisory work, to enable them to manage their portfolio of clients and the acquisition of new clients.
- Analyse clients needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Produce reports recommending suitable advice which is tax efficient.
- Use relevant software for market research.
- Provide and obtain technical information for consultants and clients.
- Develop relationships with clients & new prospects to enhance the service offering.
- Develop strategic internal relationships to support the Financial Services team.
Financial Services Administrator
- Provide support to consultants to assist them in managing their portfolio of existing clients and with the acquisition of new clients.
- Develop relationships with clients, providers & third parties.
- Manage the advice process from initial enquiry to completion of advice.
- Be responsible for updating & maintaining accurate client records.
- Find solutions to client & adviser queries and take responsibility for all aspects of administration.
- Deal with client & adviser queries and be responsible for all administration.
- Be responsible for producing portfolio schedules & valuations.
- Support marketing campaigns by assisting with any tasks which result in an enhanced service offering or the acquisition of new clients.
- Ensure that all administrative work is undertaken efficiently & with commercial awareness.
