We are still growing our team! We are seeking a Commercial & Broking Handler to join our Commercial Insurance Team, playing a vital role in broking and managing insurance programmes for our commercial clients.
This unique role blends client account management with hands-on experience in broking across our diverse client portfolio, including private client. You’ll work on commercial client accounts while supporting our experienced broking team, enhancing your expertise in commercial insurance broking.

Core Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of internal underwriting administration and renewals for designated clients
- Support the Account Directors and clients, keep them fully up to date within service levels whilst maintaining complete, compliant records
- Develop relationships with preferred insurers, broking new business and existing cases as and when required.
- Broking new business enquiries and existing cases including motor fleet in line with the broking strategy, ensuring the business process and all aspects of internal underwriting administration is followed.
- Develop relationships with preferred insurers and contribute to the progression of the broking strategy.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset; excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Acturis is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
