Are you a super-organised person with an eye for detail and a flair for creativity? We’re looking for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join the friendly and supportive marketing team at Wilsons.

Wilsons is a family-owned business based in Nottingham for over 100 years, providing insurance and financial solutions to businesses and individuals across the UK.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing activities, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and getting stuck into creative tasks too. The role is varied and will include:
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
- Updating web pages and crafting copy
- Editing short videos for digital channels
- Preparing and formatting presentations and marketing materials
- Supporting with email campaigns, client communications and reporting
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive approach and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- A team player who’s happy working independently too
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Feefo, social media management and basic video editing would be a bonus – but not essential
